Terms of Service

The rules for using OWLine and OWLine Premium.

Welcome to OWLine ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OWLine Discord bot, our website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By inviting OWLine to your Discord server, using its commands, or purchasing OWLine Premium, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OWLine is an all-in-one Discord bot that provides moderation, auto-moderation, leveling and an XP-based server economy, giveaways, support tickets, member verification, invite tracking, join-to-create voice channels, birthday announcements, server statistics, sticky messages, fun/utility commands, and live-stream notifications for YouTube, Twitch, and Kick — along with related community-management features for Discord servers. Some features are available free of charge; others ("OWLine Premium") are available as a paid upgrade, described below.

2. Discord's Terms Apply Too

OWLine operates on top of Discord and must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Developer Policy. Your use of OWLine is also subject to those terms. If your use of Discord itself is suspended or terminated, your access to OWLine may be affected as a result.

3. OWLine Premium

  • OWLine Premium is a paid upgrade that unlocks additional features, higher limits, or other benefits for a specific Discord server, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction (see Section 4). By purchasing, you agree to that provider's own terms of sale in addition to these Terms.
  • Premium is granted to the Discord server (guild) specified at checkout, for the duration stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. It is not tied to your individual Discord account.
  • We reserve the right to change what OWLine Premium includes, and to change pricing for future purchases, at any time. Changes will not retroactively remove features you've already paid for during an active premium period.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider, acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy — not OWLine directly — is the seller of record for tax and payment-processing purposes, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and processes any payment disputes or chargebacks. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use OWLine for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with OWLine's systems, including attempting to obtain Premium features without payment
  • Use OWLine to harass, spam, or harm other users or servers

We may suspend or remove OWLine's access to your server, or revoke Premium status, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

6. No Warranty

OWLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWLine and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages — the disclaimers and limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, and do not remove any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with its own mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law, nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under that law which cannot be waived by agreement — this section determines which law fills any gaps these Terms don't cover, not which rights you're entitled to.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OWLine after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
